Witkin for Mayor

Local business owner and community activist Bruce Witkin is running for mayor. I talked to him by phone and in person at his store and he is both energetic and really serious about improving our city.

Thanks for your service to our community Bruce. Here are some questions:

1. Do you think the Shop Simi Valley First campaign is a good use of tax dollars?
2. Are you a member of the Chamber of Commerce? If you are a member how has this influenced your opinion of city problems?
3. Would you support the city using all alternative fuel or hybrid vehicles for workers when the job they do allows for it even if it isn’t revenue neutral?
4. What local politician do you respect the most?
5. As Mayor would you read and answer questions during council meetings that were emailed to you?
